1. Services Provided

AT-Lawncare provides professional outdoor services including, but not limited to:

  • Lawn care and mowing

  • Leaf removal

  • Power washing

  • Gutter repair and cleaning

Services are offered to residential and commercial customers within a 15-mile radius of Plainwell, Michigan.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • A late fee of $10 per day will be applied to any unpaid balance past the due date.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations are subject to the same $50 fee.

4. Recurring Services

  • AT-Lawncare offers recurring service plans (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), depending on customer needs.

  • Scheduling and pricing for recurring services may vary by customer and will be agreed upon in advance.

5. Liability Disclaimer

AT-Lawncare is committed to providing high-quality service; however:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden or undisclosed obstacles, including but not limited to rocks, sprinkler systems, wiring, pipes, or debris not visible at the time of service.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, landscaping, structures, or fixtures.

  • Customers are responsible for identifying and marking any hazards prior to service.

6. Weather Conditions

  • Services may be rescheduled or delayed due to weather conditions for safety and quality reasons.

  • AT-Lawncare will communicate any delays and reschedule as soon as possible.

7. Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable once completed.

  • If a customer has a concern, they are encouraged to contact us so we can address the issue.

8. Use of Photos

  • AT-Lawncare may take photos of completed work for marketing purposes.

  • Customer permission will always be obtained prior to use.

9. Right to Refuse Service

AT-Lawncare reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior

  • Non-payment or repeated late payments

  • Property conditions that may cause damage or risk

10. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling or using services from AT-Lawncare, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.
